Title: Filling Operator

Operates equipment in the aseptic processing area to aseptically fill solution product into sterilized plastic containers as specified by the batch record and operational procedures. Monitors and inspects product during the filling process and reacts to issues by making machine and process adjustments, documenting issues, and informing the appropriate management, mechanical, and QA personnel of issues. Sets up lines for production and uses correct components per the Bill of Materials. Maintains area in orderly and aseptic condition by removing culls, using good aseptic technique, documenting inspection of the work area, and performing disinfection activities as directed. Supports Hallway and Prep personnel as needed.

* Communicates with lead or supervisor when any quality issues arise

Qualifications:
High School Diploma (or equivalent)
Experience: 1-2 years manufacturing production experience required, preferably with GMP documentation experience.
Special Skills: Must possess and demonstrate excellent attention to detail; ability to work well within a team; excellent communication skills; multi-tasking ability; basic computer skills including Outlook and web based applications. BPCS and RF scanner experience preferred.
Specialized Training: Previous aseptic/clean room experience preferred. NOTE: Candidates must be able to pass and maintain the required gowning qualification to be eligible for this position.
