Description As a UBS Investment Center Investment Representative your job is to:
*Deliver superior advice to clients through inbound and outbound call campaigns
*Seek to provide efficient "one call" resolution to our client's concerns
*Execute on specific branch tasks assigned to you by your Lead Financial Advisor
*Execute on back office tasks to include but not limited to check processing, Document review and new account opening as needed
*Facilitate client responses to marketing initiatives
*Demonstrate a solid understanding of market conditions to provide "on the spot" advice and portfolio reviews
*Ability to provide a superior client experience while handling 40+ calls/day in a high volume call center environment.
*Excellent listening & outstanding communication skills both verbal and written - including grammar and voice quality
*Demonstrates coachability and the ability to provide constructive feedback when appropriate
*Demonstrates self confidence and the ability to maintain composure in challenging environments
*Ability to handle client concerns with tact and professionalism
*Series 7 required. Will need to take and successfully pass the Series 66 within 60 days of employment
Requirements * A minimum of 2 years recent work experience as an Investment Representative from a Wealth Management firm, preferably from an inbound and outbound phone based envrionment required
* Knowledge of Account Opening procedures for NRA (IRMA documentation and process, Account Opening Structures, Client Confidentiality
* Series 7 required. Will need to take and successfully pass the Series 66 within 60 days of employment
* Bachelor's Degree preferred but not mandatory
* Candidates must be proficient with Microsoft Suite Applications, including Outlook, Word & Excel
*Excellent listening & outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
*Demonstrates self confidence and the ability to maintain composure in a challenging environments
*Ability to handle client concerns with tact and professionalism
