Title: Sterile Prep Operator

Cleans and sanitizes sterile fill areas and equipment. Performs and documents cleaning and sterilization processes of the sterile areas and filling equipment. Maintains area in orderly and aseptic condition by removing culls, using good aseptic technique, and documenting inspection of the work area.
Position is a weekend shift.
Specific Job Duties
Duties include, but are not limited to:
? Perform CIP and SIP on sterile filling equipment
? Clean, sanitize, and document process of sterile areas and equipment
? Perform filter integrity test of all sterile area filters
? Perform special cleanings. Weekly, monthly, quarterly, and shutdown activities
? Stocks inventory and maintain a 5S supply room

Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: 1-2 years manufacturing production experience required, preferably with GMP documentation experience.
Special Skills: Must possess and demonstrate excellent attention to detail; ability to work well within a team; excellent communication skills; multi-tasking ability; basic computer skills including Outlook and web based applications. Mechanical aptitude preferred.
Specialized Training: Previous aseptic/clean room experience preferred. NOTE: Candidates must be able to pass and maintain the required gowning qualification to be eligible for this position.
