Position Summary (Essential job duties) Complete

. Serves as a working lead coordinating activities of workers or service employees engaged in food operations or services at a smaller less complex facilities of commercial, health care facility, school, campus or other establishments.
. Assists in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees.
. Assists in monitoring employee productivity and provides suggestions for increased services or productivity.
. Orients and trains employees.
. Works with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service and problem resolution.
. Performs day to day assignments in addition to lead duties.
Typical Knowledge and Skills
Applies basic skills appropriate for the position; may adapt procedures, processes, tools, equipment and techniques to meet the requirements of the positions. Applies knowledge of company/unit/campus policies and procedures; and utilizes a general understanding of other unit functions. Ability to effectively communicate policies, and/or procedures in a manner easily understood by fellow employees.
Requirements: Educational: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience
Physical Demands: Specific physical characteristics and abilities are required to perform the work, such as agility, dexterity and long periods of walking, standing, bending, carrying or lifting supplies and equipment weighing 50 pounds or more.
Unit Specific Requirements
__X__ Days (Must be available Monday-Thursday.)
____ Shift: Day Shift _X Evening Shift _ After Midnight Shift __ Multiple Shifts
____ (Times of availability Monday through Thursday 3pm-8:30pm)
____ Weekends Required (Rotating)
. Must be in current position for 6 months
. Must not have any constructive counseling actions issued within the last 90 days
. Must have approval from Current Unit Manager to Post
. New Hires or Off Campus Unit Transfers must have a resume indicating previous demonstrated experience and must complete a Job application.
