Complete Description
DUTIES: Provides perioperative care to surgical patients. Performs duties of scrubbing, circulating, PACU, and CS when necessary. Responsible for care and maintenance of instrumentation and other equipment used in the OR and PACU. Must be able to assess, treat, and care for pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients. Maintains standards of professional nursing practice at all times.
REQUIREMENTS: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Registered nurse with current Georgia licensure. BLS certification required, ACLS certification preferred or willing to obtain. Must be customer service oriented and have a stable work history.
