Position Summary (Essential job duties) Complete

Consistently provide acceptable customer service; Serves as a working lead supervisor coordinating activities of workers or service employees engaged in food operations or services on campus; assist in ensuring a safe working environment; assist in monitoring employee productivity and provides suggestions for increased service or productivity; Orients and trains employees; Performs day to day assignments in addition to lead duties; and works with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service and problem resolution.
Typical Knowledge and Skills
Applies moderately complex technical skills appropriate for the position; may adapt procedures, processes, tools, equipment and techniques to meet the requirements of the positions; applies knowledge of company/unit/campus policies and procedures; ability to effectively communicate policies, and/or procedures in a manner easily understood by fellow employees; must be a team player; and must have excellent customer service skills.
Requirements: Educational: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience
Certifications: Serv Safe certification within 6 months of appointment Experience: 2 or more years
Physical Demands: Specific physical characteristics and abilities are required to perform the work, such as agility, dexterity and long periods of walking, standing, bending, carrying or lifting supplies and equipment weighing 50 pounds or more.

. Schedule (subject to change)
Sunday: 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Monday: 1:00 pm - 9:30 pm
Tuesday: 1:00 pm - 9:30 pm
Wednesday: 1:00 pm - 9:30 pm
Thursday: 1:00 pm - 9:30 pm
. Must be in current position for 6 months
. Must not have any constructive counseling actions issued within the last 90 days
. Must have approval from Current Unit Manager to Post
. New Hires or Off Campus Unit Transfers must have a resume indicating previous demonstrated experience and must complete a Job application.
. All New Hires and external transfers are subject to Background Checks and Drug Screens
