A. Education and/or Experience
Bachelor s degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or seven to ten year s related experience and/or training at a senior level in an organization managing multiple facility operations with at least $10MM in revenue; or equivalent combination of education and experience. MBA and international experience preferred.
B. Industry Knowledge and/or Experience
Knowledge and experience in Class A, commercial building (s). Experience with operations and maintenance is required.International experience preferred. Industry designation preferred; Ability to identify best practices within industry and a proven ability to apply across multi-site/account scope.
