Enterprise Systems Administrator

Provide technical support and guidance to users as well as working within IT department to implement, maintain and secure enterprise information technology systems both non-classified and classified.

Core Responsibilities:

+ Providing support to classified information systems

+ Audits and manages access management of classified information systems

+ Support internal user's technology needs

+ LAN/WAN Support, Network segments, internet/intranet systems administration

+ Integrate new products into Corporate infrastructure

+ Evaluate and modify system's performance for efficient operation and system security

+ Administer servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, software deployment, security updates and patches

+ Maintains computer-related hardware and peripherals

+ Establishes and documents processes and procedures for systems administration; supports all personnel as they use system procedures.

+ Windows Active Directory Management (User creation, DNS record management, group policy management, etc.)

+ Performs preventative maintenance procedures; performs system troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common system problems

+ Assists with building, installing, deploying, and upgrading system hardware and software components as required

+ Performs other related duties as assigned by management

Required Experience:

+ U.S. citizenship with willingness and ability to obtain a DoD security clearance

+ Bachelor's of Science in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent

+ Experience with Computer Networking

+ Experience with Windows 7, 10, Server 2008 R2, Server 2012 R2 Administration

+ Experience with Virtualization environments (VMWare, XenServer, VirtualBox)

Preferred Qualifications:

+ 4+ years of related Systems Administration experience

+ Ability to work independently and with teams according to deadlines

+ Willingness and aptitude for learning modern technologies/skills

+ Commitment to excellence and high-fidelity work

+ Excellent written and oral communication skills

+ Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

+ Experience with Linux (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu/Debian) Administration

+ Understanding of and Experience with Windows Active Directory

+ Understanding of and Experience with standard network protocols/programs such as DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, SSH, etc.

+ Ability to independently identify, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues both locally and remote

+ Experience working in an Agile environment with Agile software tools (JIRA, Git, etc.)

+ Ability to lift 50 pounds

+ Top Secret Security Clearance

+ Relevant certifications: Network+, Security+, Linux+, CCNA, A+, MCSA, etc.

+ Experience with at least 1 Scripting language (Python, Perl, Bash, etc.)

+ Experience with Clonezilla or other computer imaging software

+ Experience managing and implementing virtualized servers using Type 1 Hypervisors (Xen, ESXi, etc.)

+ Understanding of practical Systems Administration practices

+ Ability to work on complex projects with general direction and minimal guidance.

+ Working knowledge and understanding of the basic principles, theories, concepts, and practices in the applicable area of engineering/technical specialization.

+ Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions

+ Experience with Office365 Administration
