Summary:
Incorporate design of experiment
(DOE) methodologies into C41. AIS, and IT/NSS Tess and Evaluation Master Plans
(TEMPs) and various test planning documents; execute C41. AIS, and IT/NSS DOE
methodologies during various phases of T&E; and, analyze and interpret C41,
AIS, and IT/NSS DOE results with respect to the overall system operational
effectiveness and operational suitability.
Additionally, integrate C41,
AIS, and ITINSS T&E information from various sources for efficient
multi-stage design, statistical modeling, and, as applicable, analyses
Including incorporation of applicable statistical confidence intervaling and
sample sizing into test methodologies.
Essential Duties and
ResponsibilitiesReasonable accommodations may be made to enable

· Formulate and apply mathematical models,
simulations and statistical design and other methods to test and evaluation
events. This includes using software packages that have direct application to
the T&E of ITINSS.
* Incorporate Capability Test Methodology (Cfl4)
and Joint T&E methodology (JTEM) into joint C41, AIS, and IT/NSS T&E
test planning documents.
* Define C41, AIS, and IT/NSS CTM and JTEM data
requirements, then collect and validate test information applying judgment,
experiences, and statistical tests.
* Application of physics-based, statistics based,
or statistics-based operational level modeling and simulation in support of
C41, AIS, and IT/NSS T&E programs.
* Formulate mathematical and/or simulation models
of test problems, relating test constants and variables, restrictions, alternatives,
constraints, assumptions, conflicting objectives, and numerical parameters.
* Assist with design of experiments for test and
evaluation events.
* Customized application of DOE methodologies for
C41, AIS, and IT/NSS T&E programs.
* Define data requirements for test events
* Other duties as assigned to meet the
needs of the contract /client.

This position does not have any
supervisory responsibilities.

Education and/or Experience:
* Must have a
bachelor's degree from an accredited academic institution curriculum of mathematics,
statistics, probability, mathematical numerical analysis/applications,
physics-based mathematics operations research, or related degree
discipline.
* Minimum 7 years of experience with weapons systems and/or lT/NSS T&E experience
involving modeling, simulation, RAM analyses, statistical design, and/or
application of operations research techniques in C41, AIS, and IT/NSS
T&Es.
* Test and evaluation direct
experience required
* Interoperability
Certification experience required
* DoD systems experience
with specific weapons system experience required
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations, Clearance:Secret clearance required,
TS/SCI preferred
