Job Details: - Masters Degree in Social Work or closely related field
LCSW-C required. Experience with Inpatient NICU, OB/GYN, PEDS or Community CPS preferred. Responsible for assessing the needs of clients or Medical Center/clinic patients and providing counseling or referrals to appropriate community service agents. Checks to assure clients receive services from referral agencies including CPS, adoptions and those for MA, Housing, Immigration, and Sub-Acute care for infants. Provides input in the development of new social work services, and/or improvements to health care delivery systems.
