Job Description
MIX OF OUTBOUND/INBOUND - CALL CENTER
HOURS: Full time and part time hours available M-THURS 1PM-9PM, FRI 11 AM - 6 PM AND SAT 9AM - 2 PM
TRAINING PROGRAM: 2-3 DAYS TRAINING - THEN GO LIVE WITH ADDITIONAL TRAINING UP TO ONE HOUR PER DAY.
ATTENDANCE/PUNCTUALITY IS CRITICAL.
GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS ARE A MUST. CSR''S ARE SCHEDULING A TIME FOR POTENTIAL CUSTOMER TO COME IN. CSR CANNOT BE AFRAID TO TALK. ANY SALES BACKGROUND IS HELPFUL BUT NOT REQUIRED. ONCE POSITION GOES PERM IN ADDITION TO $9 PAY RATE - CSR WILL BE PAID COMISSION BASED ON NEW MEMBER ENROLLMENT. BASIC COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED. FULL PKG OF BENEFITS ARE AFTER ONCE CSR IS FTE.
