The ideal candidate is an HR Generalist with supervisory/management experience, possesses expert knowledge and familiarity of Labor Relations and Rulings, takes initiative to identify and anticipate client needs and make recommendations for implementation, and develops and implements strategies to address competitive, complex business issues. This employee will act as primary employee relations contact for specified groups and ensures effective reporting and analysis of HR data to enable the business to make key operational and strategic decisions.
5-7 years practical experience in all facets of HR Management. A bachelor''s degree in business or human resources management is required, an MBA is strongly preferred.
