Responsibilities:
Jeitosa Group International has an opportunity for a rock star Global HR Manager to join our fast growing team as we scale to a global consulting company! We need your help with all things HR, including systems and processes, recruiting support, compliance, payroll, benefits and culture - both in the U.S. and globally.
Requirements:
* 3+ years-T experience as a Global HR Manager in a rapidly growing company, with an emphasis on recruiting support
* A people person, passionate about creating a think-outside-the-box, world class company culture
* Experience with HR systems, including HRIS, ATS, payroll & review processes
* Agile and able to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Extensive experience in a capacity with global responsibilities
Bonus Points:
* Experienced with the nuts and bolts of HR, including benefits, payroll, reviews, leaves of absence, compliance and compensation
* A team player who doesn-Tt take themselves too seriously, and is comfortable working onsite or remote
* You can roll up your sleeves and grow as the company grows
* Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. Multilingual a plus.
