Responsibilities:
Recruiting at Prism Skylabs is as green field as it gets.
We are looking for an experienced recruiter who can hit the ground running. This person will be responsible for setting up our internal corporate recruitment process from beginning to end: resume flow, vetting process, recruitment CRM, job fairs, interview process-? this is truly an opportunity to independenty carve out the position.
And given our aggressive hiring plans, we need someone who can provide results without losing an ounce of quality.
Requirements:
* Previous experience scaling a business
* Strong software recruiting experience, preferably with web apps
* Intimate knowledge and interest in technology
* A history of success in selling and closing
* Excellent organizational, communication, and writing skills
* An existing strong technical professional network
* 4+ years of technical recruiting experience
Bonus Points:
Agency experience is a HUGE plus.
