This position is not for the inexperienced – we will need you to hit the ground running on day one as the “go-to” person, learning our systems and applying your organizational skills to enhance and support the overall office operations of the company as it grows. Tasks from the start will include customer relations, order fulfillment, management of schedules and correspondence with principals and sales representatives, and assistance with marketing initiatives. Looking into the future, your responsibilities will expand as the company does; building and coordinating a larger staff, incorporating new processes and applications to the company, and other career-enhancing opportunities. Qualified candidates will be advanced users of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc), and experience with QuickBooks would be a huge plus.
