The HP/3PAR Storage Management Software group has an entry level opening for an energetic software engineer to join the core team responsible for the design and development of multi-tier Client/Server software, (including development of GUI and web interface components in Java and Javascript). Familiarity with System S/W development and Storage Management concepts would be helpful but, more importantly, we value smart and motivated individuals who can quickly become experts in new areas !
This is an opportunity to work with a strong team in a welcoming and true team-like atmosphere to solve interesting technical problems and build/deliver software tools that would greatly simplify management of highly sophisticated storage systems with the performance and reliability required in enterprise and cloud server environments. Recent CS or EE (Software) graduates with strong academic record and keen interest in applying their talent to delivering tools that are truly appreciated by the users are encouraged to apply.
- Analytical with good S/W design, development, debugging and analysis skills
- Fluent in Java and Javascript and good familiarity with Web-based technologies
- Also familiar with Linux/Unix/Windows S/W environment
BSc (MSc preferred) in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering (with emphasis on S/W)
