In this role you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers and selling Telecommunications products and services. You will sell products such as Local Residential and Long Distance Services, High Speed Internet (DSL), Video (IPTV and DISH Network), and Bundled Packages. Customer service and support responsibilities include performing credit reviews, establishing accounts in the billing system, and providing solutions to a variety of inquiries.
Due to systems requirements, CenturyLink Work at Home employees must reside within CenturyLink phone service and HSI territory.
These are Temporary Full Time to Regular Full Time entry level positions.
During the Temporary period employees will not be eligible for any type of CenturyLink benefits. Should the position become Regular Full Time, benefits will be according to company policy.
Job Requirements:
