Schedule Part Time LT 20 Hrs
Seeking a part-time, temporary administrative assistant to support the Project Manager of a federally funded noise mitigation program. Tasks will include preparing paperwork for homeowner signature, scheduling appointments with homeowners, and responding to requests for information. Qualified candidate should possess excellent telephone, interpersonal and organizational skills. Fluency in Microsoft Office is required. Work will be available on an on-call basis. 24 hours per week: Tuesday and Wednesday (12 hour day) 8 am -8 pm.
Education: High School diploma plus 2 years of related experience is required. Bachelors degree is strongly preferred.
Experience: Proficiency in all MS Office applications, as well as, outstanding communication and coordination skills are required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Applicant must be a self-starter and work well in a dynamic team environment in order to formulate "quick turnaround" taskers from internal and external agencies. Flexibility with multiple responsibilities is key in this position. Knowledge of general DoD Acquisition/military procedures is a plus.
