Application Architect II

* Our client is implementing SuccessFactors HCM suite globally to enhance employee / manager experience replacing some SAP HR core functionality. To enhance the resource needs for this implementation, our client is looking for individuals with proven SuccessFactors experience as a solution architect and business analyst, particularly from strong consulting backgrounds.
**The following SuccessFactors modules are in scope for this implementation:**
* Employee Central
* Recruiting Management
* Recruiting Marketing
* Onboarding
* Performance Management
* Goals Management
* Compensation Management
* Learning
* Succession and Career Development Planning
* Workforce Planning & Analytics
* The selected candidate will spend 50% of his/her time as a SuccessFactors solution architect and 50% of his/her time as a SuccessFactors Business Analyst.
* As a Solution Architect / Business Analyst, you will have experience across multiple SuccessFactors modules and integration, understanding the interdependencies between the modules and how data flows between SuccessFactors and other integrating systems.
* The candidate role will be to ensure a holistic solution for our client, recommending the most efficient solution and working closely with a variety of stakeholders including client's systems integrator.
* Minimum of two end-to-end implementation of SuccessFactors integrating with on-premise systems using SAP Cloud Platform. Someone without SuccessFactors implementation experience would not be considered for this position.
**Role & Responsibilities:**
* Identifying how the SuccessFactors solution proposed by Systems Integrator can be best utilized to meet client requirements
* Review Systems Integrator deliverables and provide feedback for improvements
* Acting as a custodian of the solution and recommending the best practice solution
* Supporting client process walkthroughs to understand business processes and alignment with solution functionality
* Providing support to the Data and Interface work stream to understand business scenarios and integration between the solution and other applications
* Supporting testing, training and change management work streams
* HCM process knowledge across a range of HR areas/modules
* High level understanding of integration architecture and how SuccessFactors integrates with other applications
