Desktop Engineer

Job Description
Provide on-site services that include incidents and IMAC activities.
Experience
* Desktop / laptop experience, including PC peripherals and Microsoft Windows XP / 7, MS Office and standard Windows environment applications
* IT support experience with desktop hardware, Microsoft software and networking.
* Perform desktop, server and networking IMACs and diagnose and resolve most desktop, server and networking incidents.
* Ability to provide on-site -osmart-hands-? support by telephone for remote support groups.
Education
* Prefer one or more of the following certifications CCNA, CCNP, CCDA
* Prefer Microsoft Certifications
* Linux experience a plus
