Start: February 18, 2013Pay Rate: $15.00Work: Standard Business Hours and Overtime during peak seasonTraining provided: - Training includes various mandated programs addressing Code of Conduct, Risk Control, Fraud, and Anti-money Laundering / OFACResponsibilities:- Transaction processing- Incumbent supports corresponding account maintenance- Reconcilement and service activities on behalf of corresponding country operations- Operate within a team environment, supporting various operational processes.- Individuals should be comfortable functioning in a fast paced environment with multiple client and industry cutoffs- Support multiple and complex transaction types, repair, verification and escalation.- Recommend solutions that improve quality and efficiency and reduce risk of error or delay.- Participate in training and certification required and appropriate for the corresponding functions.- Individuals will also be cross trained on other departmental roles, to provide secondary or back-up coverage during high volume periods.- Support ongoing development and internal mobility of staff.- Overtime may be required on peak volume days.Working hours: Standard Business Hours with Overtime during peak seasonQualifications:--Must have Bachelor''s Degree--Must be fluent in speaking, reading and writing English/Spanish--Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Windows, and Word--Must be proficient with Data Entry (quality / speed)--Must have the ability to work both independently and as a team player.--Must have excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal skills; with the ability to multi-task.--Must demonstrate process improvement skills.--Must be flexible with work hours and available for potential overtime.--Must have time and project management skills required.--Must have Proven track record in Operations environment--Must be Results Driven - including identifying and implementing process improvements--Must demonstrate work ethic, capable of disciplined self-motivation and commitment to the highest standards of professional integrity, maturity and judgment.--Must have Ability to Multi Task and perform under pressure--Must have Attention to Detail and Quality--Must be deadline oriented and able to work in fast pace environment.--Must demonstrate experience working globally/internationally (A PLUS)--Must have a courteous and professional demeanor when dealing with customers, and should also remain confident and assertive.--Must possess strong time management and organizational skills; strong problem solving, analytical and investigation skills.
