Testing Lead - Sr. Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager will act as a testing lead. The testing lead will coordinate, delivery and track all types of business testing in support of the creation and implementation of a new Salesforce console to replace our existing CRM platform. This is a multi-year transformational initiative that will integrated across multiple business areas, include investment in scalable Omni-channel technologies and intelligent contact management (e.g. IVR, chat, co-browse, email, etc) and synergize with the enterprise clinical, digital, marketing and broader member experience initiatives. (e.g. consumer health and services).

Fundamental Components:

In this position you will be responsible for partnering with the Product Owners, Program Delivery Leads, Product Manager, Application Owner and business partners to plan, track and completing various types of testing. Testing types include, but are not limited to: User Acceptance Testing (UAT), sprint level testing, end to end testing, testing automation, regression testing, and production check out. The Testing Lead may also support beta/model office and/or usability testing, as needed. Responsibilities include: - Creation of business test plans, test strategy and/or test scripts - Ability to translate CRM functionality being tested to various audiences - Drive timelines to ensure testing deadlines are met - Tracking testing completion, including capturing results and observations in RTC - Review and assignment of observations to the appropriate Product Owners/scrum teams - Coordinating QA access for testers - Developing bench strength in business test partners - Ability to plan, coordinate and track different tracks of testing in parallel will be critical to success.


Strong Project Management skills.

Familiarity with agile project methodology, SAFE/scaled agile preferred.

Experience managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Working knowledge of RTC, Test Strategy and Test Plan documentation.

Proven track record in meeting project milestones and negotiating for resources.

Strong influential leader.

Proven communication skills both written and verbal.


The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Telework Specifications:

WAH potential for existing WAH service operations employees only. Location not limited to Jacksonville, FL. Any strategic Service Ops location acceptable.


Travel will be required for release planning (minimum 4x's per year). Travel and/or after hours support for production installation will be required.
