Essential Functions & Responsibilities
* In-house position in health system with operations in Iowa and Illinois
* Significant responsibilities in full range of healthcare responsibilities
* Superior human relations and client service abilities required
Qualifications/Experience
* Iowa and Illinois license or eligibility
* At least five to seven years of experience in healthcare regulatory law (Stark, Anti-Kickback and tax exemption)
* Superior practice/employment history with progressively increasing responsibility and complexity
