POSITION SUMMARY
The Professional Services Product Manager is responsible for the design and development of the roadmap and offerings for Panduit’s Data Center Service Practice. This includes the creation of repeatable methodologies and tools to be deployed in the Sales and Delivery processes. The individual in this role will work closely with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Product Management, and the Services Delivery teams, to drive new service offerings from concept to field execution. The role is also expected to bring thought leadership and experience in introducing new concepts with conviction. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Define the strategy and roadmap for the company's Data Center Service offerings, delivering a 90 day, 6 month, and 18 month plan.
· Lead proposed offerings through a structured gate process including input from all stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Quality, and Service Delivery
· Partner with Service Delivery Directors to drive alignment on delivery methodologies, and produce delivery tools and templates.
