POSITION SUMMARY
The major objective of the Territory Manager - Gypsum Products is to provide sales growth of CertainTeed s portfolio of gypsum products and systems by generating sustained demand. This is accomplished through sales and promotional activities targeted at positioning CT as the preferred choice among owner, architect, contractor, and distribution customer audiences.
Additionally, this position is responsible for providing service to assigned customer base that is consistent with, and in support of, CT s Vision, Mission, Values, and Objectives.

ESSENTIAL ACTIVITIES
. Operates in a safe and environmentally conscious manner, providing Preferred Service and Preferred Quality to our customers
. Develops and implements territory strategy consistent with the overall company s Strategic Sales and Marketing Plan and MAX program (World-Class Sales & Marketing) to maximize quality/effectiveness and quantity of sales calls
. Calls on end users, contractors and architects/specifiers (up to 50% of time), and owners creating "pull-through" demand, subsequently working with distribution customers to close related sales
. Actively targets and tracks construction projects from planning through bidding phases to maximize closing rates using company provided tools such as McGraw-Hill Network, SpecShare, etc.
. Proactively participates as an active member in key events of all local AIA and CSI chapters
. Build, maintain, and add value to relationships between customer s and CT s organizations; "customer" includes all audiences - owners, specifiers, contractors, distribution, etc.
. Provide technical support to all customer audiences; establish credibility as solutions oriented, industry expert
. Performs market sensing functions, reports on customer needs, and market intelligence/trends
. Monitors market pricing and, where applicable, presents documented price approval requests to manager in strict accordance with legal requirements and company guidelines. Updates price files on CT system.
. Conducts/participates in sales promotion and educational meetings with architects, contractors, applicators, and distributors personnel
. Participate in, and promote CT s "Building Solutions" program to support cross-Business Unit growth
. Identify, qualify and develop new account prospects consistent with overall company strategy
. Promptly investigates customer complaints, prepares reports and make recommendations to supervisor for timely settlement.
. Participate in formalized Scorecard/Sales Coaching process and appropriate training programs to continuously improve professional selling and technical competencies
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
. Performs timely review and updates of pricing in support of customer service and transaction accuracy
. Assist in preparation and placement of orders as needed
. Administrative functions as directed by management (e.g., reports, expense management, customer info, etc.)

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
Requires a Bachelor s Degree in a related field of study, or the equivalent training which will provide a working knowledge of the regulations, practices and procedures concerned with outside sales activities for the construction industry. Three plus years of related experience in applying this knowledge in daily sales activities such as managing customer relationship, sales presentations and the closing of sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills required. Demonstrated ability to establish rapport and build quality relationships through networking.
Negotiation skills, problem solving abilities, and presentation skills a must. Proficiencies in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) are also required.

This User Experience and Interaction Design Engineer will be responsible for partnering with our Product Planners and program teams to understand user needs and task flows and the translation of those user needs and high level user experience into detailed design specifications for implementation. You will have the unique opportunity to significantly influence the design of Tektronix scopes User Interface for current product derivatives as well as future product designs. Some of this will be accomplished by conducting customer research, evaluating and identifying important market trends, competitive and industry analysis, ultimately translating findings into actionable customer requirements and User Experience scenarios.
More specifically, this position will apply human factors knowledge to design usable, intuitive interfaces that support highly complex user tasks. Make customers more effective by reducing the appearance of product complexity while supporting ever increasing functionality. Understand the relevant characteristics of the users and the context of use which influence the user experience. Leverage this to drive design and prioritize design elements based on the key use cases with software engineering. Clarify technical and business requirements from a usability perspective. Produce and evaluate user interface documentation to ensure detailed user interface design requirements are captured while adhering to the organization's product life cycle methodologies. Prioritize, track, and address usability issues throughout the planning, design, development, and deployment phases of the Software Development Life Cycle.
In addition, this position will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing Voice of Customer activities, on-line surveys and other research methodologies aimed at obtaining key customer requirements.

* Usability Testing: Plan and coordinate research to provide necessary UX information for support of design decisions
* A portfolio demonstrating design skills and deliverables involving translating customer needs into intuitive interfaces for moderately to highly complex systems. The portfolio should include evidence of ability to rapidly create user interface mock-ups and author detailed user requirements and interaction documentation.
* Confidence to converse with engineers about unfamiliar technical topics and establish trust and expertise in order to successfully represent design direction.
* Strong problem solving, conflict resolution, facilitation and decision-making skills. Able to communicate trade-offs and find a balance between championing the user experience, meeting business requirements, and working under technical and or resource constraints. Employs reasoning and good judgment; remains objective and solution oriented with emotional or controversial issues.
* Strong organizational skills and be able to prioritize & manage multiple tasks. Has the ability to frame a problem and act effectively with limited resources and time.
* 5 years of product development experience.
* Strong oral and written communication skills are required

Main Purpose of the Position:
Provide direct manufacturing Quality Assurance support to Production in a GMP Inspection and Packaging environment. Act as a key Quality contact to manufacturing for discrepancy management, batch review, and line support. Assure compliance with cGMP regulations, Roche / Genentech standards, and applicable Regulatory Guidelines.

MAINTENANCE WORKER II

The Critical Care Resource RN assesses, analyzes, plans, implements and evaluates patient care following established patient care standards for Legacy Health System including those for patient assessment and transfer. This job is paid at a flat rate plus appropriate differentials when they work. They are paid to be available to pick up extra shifts and as such are ineligible for Additional Shift Incentive.
Job Qualifications:
Education:
As required by licensure.
Experience:
Three to five years adult nursing experience preferred; Emergency Department experience preferred; four to five years pediatric nursing experience preferred (NICU, PICU, Children’s Emergency Department and/or Pediatrics); three years recent IV resource experience (including peripheral insertion of central catheters with ultrasound guidance), 5 years preferred; one year pediatric (PICU, NICU) IV resource nursing, 2 years preferred; infusion clinic experience. Current NRP certification; three years recent labor and delivery experience (5 preferred) plus at least one year high risk labor & delivery/antepartum experience (2 preferred or 1 to 2 years post partum, post-op gyn and newborn care); three years experience in high risk antepartum and labor, or 3 years perinatal experience with 6 months Neonatal Resuscitation specialist experience, strongly preferred.
Licensure:
Current applicable state RN license required.

Demonstrated ability of positive interpersonal and communication skills with colleagues, patients, families, physicians and the community.
