Aqueous Restaurant - Supervisor

### Description
To supervise staff, while ensuring that all guests expectations are met. Perform assigned duties given by outlet manager or needed to promote associate satisfaction, guest satisfaction, and resort profitability.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:**
* Supervise wait staff on the floor and provide guidance and assistance when necessary
* Answer phones, assist with guests needs and take reservations
* Learn menu to ensure full knowledge of all menu items
* Assist with the upkeep of the restaurant to ensure cleanliness
* Have a working knowledge of the IG computer system
* Training staff as assigned by manager
**QUALIFICATIONS:**
* Previous restaurant leadership experience of 1-3 years.
* Some form of education or equivalent knowledge of the Food and Beverage industry.
* Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and other various hours.
* Guidance and assistance of staff.
* Knowledge of all items on the menu.
* Cleanliness of restaurant.
* Properly training new associates.
