As a Trust Advisor at PNC Wealth Management, you will provide trust/estate administration and relationship management services to an assigned book of business and serve as the fiduciary expert for those relationships. With your high level knowledge of fiduciary and estate planning, you will execute the terms of any plan or document in which PNC serves as trustee, or agent while observing all PNC policies and procedures, including those related to risk management and compliance. You will also develop, interpret and communicate more sophisticated estate planning issues to the client and team members. Clients with more sophisticated estate planning and administrative needs will count on you to manage their multifaceted accounts and provide an exceptional client experience. Using your communication skills, you will support the advisor team in the presentation of fiduciary services to clients and prospects.
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
* Bachelor''s degree, with CTFA, CFP, or other professional certification preferred
* Generally 4-7 years in fiduciaryclient service experience, preferably in the wealth management industry
* High level of fiduciary and estate planning knowledge (technical expertise)
* Leadership and relationship management skills, presentation and salesmanship skills and profiling skills
* Excellent client service skills
* Must be able to effectively communicate at all levels, internally and externally
* Must be able to listen and interpret, to gather objective information, to negotiate, respond or inspire at all levels of interaction
