Professional Telephone Sales Representative to answer incoming and make outgoing calls regarding vehicle sales and related administrative work. Major responsibilities include but are not limited to: handling incoming and outgoing sales and customer service calls, account management, and processing the transaction.

-Handle incoming and outgoing sales and customer service calls from our 800#
-Sell: Penske units, Financing opportunities, and Warranty
-Collect and process payment for sales and related administrative work
-Coordinate work with departments including Titles, Tax, and Asset Management
-Professional communication skills to interact with District Managers, Area Remarketing Managers, field locations, and district offices
-Various duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the call center-Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor
-2 years of proven successful sales experience required
-2 years prior call center, telemarketing or customer service experience via phone required
-High school diploma or equivalent required
-Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred
-Flexibility required to work any schedule between 8AM and 7PM, possibility to work weekends preferred
-Professional telephone presence required
-Excellent written and oral communication skills and interpersonal skills required
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain accurate required
-Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, AS400
-Rental Net, Service Net, and Fleet Net experience preferred
-Willingness to work in a call center environment required
-Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required-The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
