JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for the design, implementation, and evaluation of orientation, basic and advanced education programs and specialized courses for all levels of nursing personnel.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Master's degree in Nursing
*
One year of effective clinical experience in area of expertise
*
Current licensure by Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Certification in specialty area. Clinical and leadership experience. Strong clinical and communication skills and an interest in nursing education.
