Minimum Qualifications: This role will serve as a Consumer Credit Solutions Compliance and Operational Risk (CCS COR) (non-Dealer) compliance consultant supporting Consumer Financial Services, Education Financial Services and Retail Services, in a number of areas including, Servicemembers Civil Relief Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, and complaint management, as well as additional areas as needed. With limited supervision, this consultant will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring risk-based compliance programs to assure compliance with federal, state, agency, legal, and regulatory requirements, and related corporate policies. In consultation with each business, this position will monitor, identify, resolve, and mitigate risks by: -Providing in-depth subject matter expertise and support to assigned businesses, including knowledge of regulatory and policy expectations and industry trends -Participating or leading special projects that include comprehensive risk and data analysis -Evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of policies, procedures, processes, products, internal controls -Consulting on issues resulting from internal and or external examinations -Working with project managers and business partners to design and establish controls for newly developed programs or requirements -Conducting periodic risk assessments and preparing associated reports -Participate in SME reviews for RCSA and CRAS risks and controls -Proactively developing and maintaining strong relationships with CCS business partners, Operational Risk Group (OR) team members, the Law Department, Wells Fargo Audit Services (WFAS) and other key business partners. -Special projects as assigned Location: Minneapolis, MN, Phoenix, AZ, or Charlotte, NC are preferred but other locations will be considered based on qualifications.
