		<description>As part of the Residential Valuation Services team, this position will be key in providing technical support and basic development for a web-based application that is currently under development to support the appraisal process.  The team member will use diagnostic tools and analysis of functional specifications to troubleshoot complex application problems to maintain or restore service or data to the application, lead the resolution of complex issues or escalate these issues as needed to meet established service level agreements. The team member will design and complete logs and reports to monitor tool usage. Additionally, it may be necessary to prepare programming specifications and complete programming tasks to develop basic, and/or assist in the development of moderately complex, computer solutions.  The role could include the need to perform simulations and analysis as well as the preparation of program test data. The role will require the Analyst to work closely with technology during the UAT process to perform tests and debug programs as well as updating and completing documentation, procedures and user guides. It is essential that the candidate be familiar with the BCP process, and be able to monitor quality, security and compliance requirements.  Additionally, the role will include providing assistance and guidance to less experienced staff, assisting Appraisers with using the web application, and tracking/prioritizing tool enhancements.
