Responsibilities:
This incumbent is responsible for generating revenue by closing sales. Sells products and services directly to end users primarily via face-to-face contact. Usually responsible for moderately complex and somewhat difficult to close sales. Operates under general supervision. Job typically requires high level of travel. Quota levels are typically above $2M.
The Account Executive manages sales for Nuance Computer Assisted Coding, Clinical Documentation Improvement and Compliance solutions to both new and existing accounts within a defined territory. This role is remote and requires experience managing HIM sales to hospitals as a Regional Sales Executive.
Primary Purpose:
This incumbent is responsible for generating revenue by closing sales. Sells products and services directly to end users primarily via face-to-face contact. Usually responsible for moderately complex and somewhat difficult to close sales. Operates under general supervision. Job typically requires high level of travel. Quota levels are typically above $2M.
* Bachelor''s degree or equivalent experience.
* 3-6 years of relevant sales experience required. Hospital and HIM experience preferred.
* Excellent selling skills.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Actively participates in industry trade associations to advance knowledge.
* Proficient with more than one software product line or major module.
* Ability to use a laptop PC, various MS software applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other various software applications used as required.
* Professional appearance and presentation required.
* Excellent interpersonal skills to work as a team member and as a liaison with clients or potential clients.
* Extensive travel required.
* Good time management, communications, decision making, presentation, human relations and organization skills.
Stay current on best practices and industry standards.
