Requirements
2 years+ with Unions
Strategic HR experience (collaboration, training and development, succession planning, etc)
4-10 years of HR experience (preferably w. generalist experience) with ability to move up in company (HR Manager promotion likely after 3-5 years)
Recruiting
Training
Does not mind administrative tasks
BA/BS
PHR preferred Responsible for:
Union (USW and IAM)
-2nd step grievances (leader)
-3rd step participation
-Points/ Reprimands
-Attendance
Requirements
