Kelly Engineering Resources is partnering with one of the Manufacturing Companies in the Chattanooga, Tennessee area to provide an experienced HR Generalist for a direct hire position with this company. Excellent opportunity for growth to HR Director and the movement to Corporate Level HR.
Responsible for:
* Employee Relations
* Recruiting
* Training and development
* Succession planning (jointly with HR Manager)
* Hourly hiring
* Orientation
* AAP
Requirements
* 2 years+ with Unions
* Strategic HR experience (collaboration, training and development, succession planning, etc)
* 4-10 years of HR experience (preferably w. generalist experience) with ability to move up in company (HR Manager promotion likely after 3-5 years)
* Recruiting
* Training
* Does not mind administrative tasks
* BA/BS
* PHR preferred
