Description: The primary responsibility of the Operations Analyst within the Foodservice Business is to run the systems and processes related to the production/delivery of consumer data and deliverables.
The Operations Analyst is responsible for ensuring the quality, timeliness, and integrity of Foodservice Consumer data and for identifying, investigating, and resolving data issues.
Overall Responsibilities:
. Execute monthly production process for consumer data sets and client deliverables within pre-determined quality and timing metrics.
. Perform data quality checks throughout monthly production.
. Continuously monitor production processes and performance, and provide recommendations to increase efficiency or quality, decrease timing or risk.
. Work with other functional areas to support testing of new products, survey upgrades, and system/tool enhancements.
. Manage the completion of any special projects or ad hoc requests per agreed upon timing.
. Develop proficiency in NPD s proprietary software.
Qualifications:
. BA/BS degree or equivalent
. Understanding of consumer data collection methodologies

POSITION SUMMARY:
To direct and oversee the implementation of all safety and security programs for the purpose of providing protection and a sense of well being to all guests and team members.
