Financial Analysis Manager - Temporary

Temporary (90 Day Minimum) - Full Time Position

Summary

The Financial Analysis Manager (Temporary) will manage revenue analytics for Container System Finance department. The position will be a 90-day minimum engagement and provide analysis for all revenue related reporting, sales and demand planning, and business case/opportunity analysis. The position will report to the Container System Director of Finance.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

* Oversees reporting and analytics meant to provide management the information needed to make financial business decisions.

* Identifies relevant data sets and prepares custom and standard reports.

* Manage the consolidation of sales demand schedules to be meet the needs of the Executive Sales & Operations Planning process and financial forecasting/budgeting process.

* Oversee and provide reporting of sales returns and allowances.

* Identifies financial trends and reports on the organizations financial position and performance relative to expectation.

* Manage customer profitability analysis for prospective and current customers.

* Analyzes monthly results and provides feedback to team on key variances relating to sales volume, price, mix, sales reserves, rebates, discounts and freight.

* Oversee sales commission and rebate programs.

* Other duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

* Bachelor's degree required, preferably in finance and computer information systems.

* 5-7 years of both financial analysis and accounting experience required.

* Prior work experience within manufacturing a plus.

* CPA/MBA preferred or in progress.

* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

* Able to write business reports.

* Experience leading and directing other employees work.

* Analytical, mathematical and accounting skills required
