This position is based out of Chicago, IL

The Operations Supervisor helps our Homes Services team meet their goals of top quality and great service! The person in this role oversees our warehouse staff (Housekeepers, Apartment Deep Cleaners, and Utility Workers). The ideal candidate will have experience as an Executive Housekeeper or Warehouse Lead/Supervisor. The Operations Supervisor schedules housekeeping services and apartment turnovers; ensures prompt delivery/pick-up of housewares inventory, as well as conducts inspections of apartments to ensure cleaning standards are met.

**Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus!**

What Your Day Will Look Like

+ Lead a team of field associates conducting apartment reset cleaning for corporate apartments as well as associates who work in warehouse and delivery and those who perform housekeeping visits to our guests,

+ Motivate your team to perform at their best and provide the highest standard of service

+ Control inventory to ensure proper handling and adequate inventory for properties and to ensure against property loss.

+ Ensure a safe work environment for all employees by providing safety training and equipment.

+ Inspect inventory to ensure high quality products are sent to properties and

+ Maintain a schedule for truck repairs and maintenance to reduce downtime for unexpected truck repairs.

+ Perform in-field inspections of corporate apartments to ensure quality.

+ Assist in interviewing, hiring, and training of qualified warehouse, driver, and housekeeping staff.

+ Staging and managing inventory in the service center for deliveries and pick-ups of Home Services for Oakwood Worldwide.

Best Candidates Will Have

+ Strong customer service experience, preferably in hotel or retail industry

+ Valid driver's license with a clean record.

+ Supervisory experience in a team atmosphere

+ AA or Technical Certificate is a plus

+ Knowledge of MS Outlook and Excel required
