Dominium is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Supervisor for our 132 unit apartment community in Yorkville, IL.
Responsibilities:
• General appearance and maintenance of the community
• Responsible for apartment turns
• Ensuring the property’s efficient operation on a day-to-day basis
Qualifications:
• 2-5 years of previous maintenance experience required
• Basic electrical, plumbing required, HVAC, EPA, CPO certified and painting experience required
• The ability to work evenings and weekends, and on-call as needed is required
• Supervisory skills
• Must provide own basic tools
• Valid driver’s license and insurance required
