Position Summary
The Strategy Analyst is responsible for leading and coordinating the identification and evaluation of expanded market needs, gaps and opportunities for Affinity Solutions. This role is also responsible for assisting with the development and communication of strategies to grow the Affinity Solutions program.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Process Design/Improvement

.Responsible for the identification, analysis and implementation of expanded market program opportunities.
.Collaborate with business units, and build and leverage external sources and relationships to identify strategic opportunities.
.Perform market and competitive research and analysis.
.Create, implement and manage project plans.
.Assemble and lead virtual, cross-functional teams.
. Develop strategic frameworks, storylines, and financial analyses to guide strategic management discussions and the communication of project results.
. Makes recommendations to solve market specific implications of business strategies.
Project Management

. Consistently plans, implements, manages, and/ or sponsors projects that are relatively complex and/or key initiatives using accepted project management standards
. Forecasts short-term deliverables cross-functionally
. Formulates strategies to achieve plan objectives
. Tracks plan performance
. Develops pro/con and cost/benefit analysis
. Communicates and presents project information to project team as well as providing presentation/updates to senior level management
. Determines and engages resources/experts that are necessary to successfully complete projects/ assignments from various AORs, groups within Affinity Solutions and third parties
. Provides feedback on project team member(s) that contributes to performance management.
. Actively builds strong relationships among teams and team members to ensure cooperation on project objectives
Research & Analysis

. Directs and evaluates trend analysis changes based on findings
. Determines appropriate analyses to be conducted.
Qualifications:
. Bachelor's Degree is required, MBA is strongly desired
. Demonstrated project management and execution capabilities.
. Knowledge of management consulting tools and methodologies.
. Thought leadership capabilities to drive business opportunities that benefit Allstate and Allstate's customers.
. Ability to inspire trust and confidence in all stakeholders through strategic and diplomatic handling of relationships.
. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
. Experience managing cross-functional teams.
