Business Development: Manager, Component & Manufacturing Sales

**What you will do:**
**Increase sales of the Component Repair/Overhaul & Manufacturing product line through sales calls, customer visits, trade shows or other sales methods to attract new customers. Perform market analysis with cost of entry ROI to identify new capability for the CRO/MFG product line. Work with other Sales Representatives, CRO/MFG Director, Supervisors, support staff and technicians to identify new customers, submit proposals with pricing terms and conditions to increase sales.**
**What you need:**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Positive, self-motivated attitude with ability to operate independently as well as within a team, to drive AMES sales closures.
* Verbal, written and presentation skills necessary to effectively communicate, negotiate, update, persuade/close the sale, and/or facilitate discussions with all levels of employees, management and customers.
* Interpersonal skills necessary to work effectively with a variety of individuals, departments and organizations
* Planning and organizational skills necessary to prioritize, assign, and coordinate multiple proposal projects simultaneously.
* Ability to search various media (internet/electronic/computerized/paper) or cull interpersonal network relationships to render AMES sales prospects.
* Valid U.S. Driver's License
* Have and maintain valid U.S. Passport
* Proficiency in the operation of Microsoft Office word processing, spreadsheet, Power point & Project tools, database, email and web-based applications.
* Ability to travel 50% of time International and Domestically to customer's and potential customer's facilities via automobile or commercial airline. Also 3-5 trips per year to Aviation conferences.
**Preferred Job Skills:**
* Prefer Associates or B.A. in Sales or Marketing. Previous hands on experience with contract negotiations
* Industry knowledge, including operators and repair facilities, .
* 4 years outside or inside sales in either: Engineering, Component, Line or Heavy Maintenance sales. .
**Physical Requirements:**
* Occasional work in adverse conditions
* Ability climb flights of stairs
* Must be physically able and willing to travel every week if necessary via air and ground transportation both domestically and internationally.
