Description: This person is responsible for working with electrical PLC control schematics and all of this work will be performed independently.
This person will support installation, program, and troubleshoot ABB robotic systems and integrate them with other production machinery using specific experience in these tasks using Allen Bradley RSLogix 5000 PLC programming experience on Manufacturing automation which includes automated machining operations. These tasks will require this person to use their ABB Robot programming experience, as well as Cutler-Hammer ePro HMI programming experience.
Having the ability to support the robot work would be a big plus.
Requirements: 1st Choice:
ASEE electrical technician with 5+ years of the following experience
Allen-Bradley RSLogix 5000 PLC programming experience.
experience with electrical schematics.
Manufacturing automation experience.
Willing to travel.
With the preferred experience being
Robot programming experience, preferably ABB.
Cutler-Hammer ePro HMI programming experience.
2nd choice
Associates degree in a relevant field..electrical, electronics, with 5-10 years of experience with:
Allen-Bradley RSLogix 5000 PLC programming experience.
AutoCAD experience with electrical schematics.
Manufacturing automation experience.
Willing to travel.
No design work..this is all installation, startup and troubleshooting..loading all robot programs, editing, running and debug
