? B.S. Chemical Engineering
? M.S. Chemical Engineering
Experience:
? 5 ? 10 Years of experience with the food, dairy and pharmaceutical industries.
? USP & WFI high purity water systems are a plus
? Familiar with applicable codes including FDA, USDA, GMP regulations and 3A standards.
? Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Projects)
* AutoCAD experience.
Technical Administration Duties:
? Organize and maintain current technical information for equipment and material.
? Maintain current issues of codes and standards for company use.
? Assist inside and outside sales fielding questions regarding technical matters.
? Train and educate customers through seminars and demonstrations, this may involve field trips or active startups.
? Maintain applicable safety information relating to the food, dairy and pharmaceutical industries.
Senior Process/Project Engineering Duties:
? Prepare Process Flowsheets, Block Diagrams, Equipment and Instrumentation Specifications along with Plant Equipment Layouts for assigned projects.
? Write functional descriptions and Interface with controls groups and contractors.
? Write and assemble quotes/estimates per the assigned projects.
? Assist on startups requiring your technical level of expertise.
? Check and review large and difficult processes assembled by engineering co-workers and make corrections as necessary.
? Assist our installation department with welding procedures and certifications.
