Title: Sr. Manager, Product Marketing--Install Base

In charge of lifecycle product management for the portfolio of SPECT, SPECT/CT, and PET/CT scanners from launch through the end of life.
. Develop and own business plans for product upgrades and product enhancements, including gathering market research, competitive intelligence, and market requirements from the installed base customers of Philips SPECT, SPECT/CT, and PET/CT scanners. Drive creation of solutions involving combinations of products, applications, and services.
. Create customer requirements for product upgrades, enhancements, and solutions based on customer research, market analysis, and clinical drivers that offer differentiation, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance Philips position in the clinical community. Represent these customers and champion the requirements through the upgrade development process.
. Work in cross-functional program teams including R&D, ICAP, customer support, and service to define, develop, and release of upgrades, enhancements, and solutions.
. Lead the global Go-To-Market activities associated with upgrades and solutions programs, such as setting pricing corridors and guidance, Marketing Communications strategy, sales training, and collateral development.
. Own the global product planning and lifecycle process for assigned products from NPI launch through the product end of life programs in collaboration with the product managers leading NPI's. Support programs targeting improvements of product costs and reliability.
. Partner with Field Marketing to formulate marketing strategies for the assigned products, including product re-positioning, configuration, and pricing to deliver sales, orders, and margin objectives.
. Provide support to beta sites and post-install support to customers to ensure high customer satisfaction.
. Support the development and management of reference sites.
Profile
. Bachelor's degree in technical or clinical area required, MBA preferred.
. Approximately 5 yrs experience in Product Management, additional experience in Program Management, Field Marketing, Clinical Marketing would be very helpful.

. Experience in Strategy Planning and Roadmap Development
. Confidence in presenting business cases and conducting compelling and persuasive presentations to Senior Management
. 25-30% travel expected to attend trade shows, sales events, and customer meetings.
