Food Service Assistant

Job Description:
Works in the cafeteria and/or kitchen area of the hospital, responsible or involved with almost all aspects of the daily preparation, display and serving of meals to patients, visitors and employees of the hospital.

Requirements:
Education: High School diploma preferred
Experience: Food service experience preferred
Number and Type of Employees Supervised: None
Licensure, Registry or Certification Required: None; Special Training: Experience in providing good customer service. WorkKeys skill assessments with the following scores strongly preferred: Reading for Information (Score level: 4) Locating Information (Score level: 4) Observation (Score level: 3).
