Heartland Home Health Care of Columbus Ohio hasd an immediate need for a PRN Home Care Physical Therapist.
Responsible to provide medically prescribed, goal oriented therapy in accordance with the Physician Plan of Care, company policies, and professional Standards of Practice. Educational Requirements: Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in physical therapy from an accredited institution. Currently licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state and in good standing with the Board.
Position Requirements: 100% travel necessary on a daily basis. At least one year or more work experience in physical therapy in a multidisciplinary setting is preferred.Knowledge of principles, concepts, and methodology of physical therapy appropriate for terminally ill patients.Excellent communication skills, and ability to develop and maintain rapport with clients and families.
Job Specific Details: Previous homecare experience preferred.
