Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator position assists our multi-site global account clients in managing their day-to-day construction activities as related to the product solutions supplied. Specifically responsibility for the coordination, management, scheduling and execution of project assignments.
· Review site specific electrical construction drawings as a means of developing customer specific electrical distribution equipment take offs· Based on equipment take off-Ts, prepare project quotations as it relates to our specific client/product solutions· Develop order entry documents and effectively handle all pre and post order entry duties as assigned · Manage client relationships through periodic contact· Learn internal processes required to maintain a high level of client satisfaction· Learn internal processes required to perform assigned duties: AutoCAD, job file maintenance, client/construction issue resolution
· Must be an effective team player who demonstrates reliability, communicates constructively, listens actively and functions as an active participant that is fully committed to their individual work as well as the work of the team · Electrical power distribution knowledge is required, electrical equipment knowledge helpful· Interpersonal, conflict management, and negotiation skills· Problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze workflow/processes· Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks· Good written and verbal communication skills· Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office) with AutoCAD knowledge a plus, but not required
