Selected candidate will assist in the oversight of the information system security program with special emphasis placed upon integration of existing SAP network infrastructures and data transfers between networks of varying classification levels as well as provide SAP PAR initiation and processing functions. Responsibilities include:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;!-- nl --&gt;&amp;middot;    Conduct network security analysis and advise ISSR on IT C&amp;amp;A issues&lt;br /&gt;&lt;!-- nl --&gt;&amp;middot;    Periodically reviews system security to accommodate changes to policy or technology in accordance with the ISSR&lt;br /&gt;&lt;!-- nl --&gt;&amp;middot;    Coordinate with the ISSR to ensure that certification is accomplished for each information system&lt;br /&gt;&lt;!-- nl --&gt;&amp;middot;    Assist the ISSR in the development and maintaining a formal Information Systems Security Program&lt;br /&gt;&lt;!-- nl --&gt;&amp;middot;    Ensure enforcement of AIS security policies and procedures within assigned group. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;!-- nl --&gt;&amp;middot;    Develop, populate, and sustain a file structure and naming convention that enables the preservation and rapid discovery and retrieval of historical AFRCO SAP programmatic documents&lt;br /&gt;&lt;!-- nl --&gt;&amp;middot;    Prepare and transmit PAR packages for CAO determination of SAP eligibility as required. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;!-- nl --&gt;&amp;middot;    Maintain PAR tracking/accountability databases and associated correspondence&lt;br /&gt;&lt;!-- nl --&gt;&amp;middot;    Conduct and interpret JPAS and DCII inquiries&lt;br /&gt;&lt;!-- nl --&gt;&amp;middot;    Establish and maintain personnel security files on all assigned organizational members&lt;br /&gt;&lt;!-- nl --&gt;&amp;middot;    Ensure program managers and employees analyze each request to determine validity for access indicated, and that all personnel have a valid NTK prior to approving the requests&lt;br /&gt;&lt;!-- nl --&gt;Qualifications Requires Bachelor&amp;rsquo;s degree or equivalent in Security Management and eight to ten years of experience or a related field.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;!-- nl --&gt;Additional Qualifications .1+ year experience with DoD and Federal government IA/IT policies and procedures&lt;br /&gt;&lt;!-- nl --&gt;.Knowledge of IA Defense-in-Depth and Computer Network Defense operations&lt;br /&gt;&lt;!-- nl --&gt;.Must have the ability to perform both basic IA functions, and complex IT functions&lt;br /&gt;&lt;!-- nl --&gt;.Proficient in Microsoft Office products and have basic understanding of data extraction software&lt;br /&gt;&lt;!-- nl --&gt;.Visual, detail oriented, and be able to work independently&lt;br /&gt;&lt;!-- nl --&gt;.Employ rigorous attention-to-detail in reviewing and providing guidance on the classification and markings for data transfers.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;!-- nl --&gt;.Consistently interpret and apply the guidance contained in multiple security classification guides in the execution of inter-network data transfers to ensure efficiency without compromising security&lt;br /&gt;&lt;!-- nl --&gt;Security Requirements:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;!-- nl --&gt;Active TS/SCI and willing to take CI Poly at anytime per customer request.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;!-- nl --&gt;Degrees Equivalent Experience/Education&lt;br /&gt;&lt;!-- nl --&gt;Bachelor s Degree&lt;br /&gt;&lt;!-- nl --&gt;Years of Experience 08-10 years w/High School Diploma&lt;br /&gt;&lt;!-- nl --&gt;Position Type FT&lt;br /&gt;&lt;!-- nl --&gt;Shift Day&lt;br /&gt;&lt;!-- nl --&gt;Overview For more than 40 years, ManTech employees have been solving complex problems for the national security community.
