Job Responsibilities:
A Senior Network Engineer is a company recognized expert individual contributor, complex network problem solver and has an adaptable mindset. This Internal Network Support Architect/Engineer will be primarily responsible for creating, delivering and supporting solutions, technologies and internal services to CenturyLink as they relate to virtually all data networks that support our internal users, and the needs of all CTL business units simultaneously. The candidate would be one of a select few SR level Engineers that have the freedom to be part of projects as Architecture Engineer, or Design engineer, or other roles depending on the project where the Engineer is responsible for inventing, designing, configuring and transitioning to our operations Engineers for solution deployment on the internal corporate network(s). The INS SR Engineer will also be responsible for researching, inventing and testing new hardware and software configurations for the internal and external data networks. This SR position would direct those activities, including prioritization of resources, etc. INS engineers are expected to act as a SME and will provide occasional Tier V escalation; however, this is an exception when you are engaged.
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree and least 8 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience with multivendor IP based networks. Direct and evaluating vendor deliverables to large corporations.
* Expert (Industry Level) knowledge of internetworking designs and their applications which include detailed routing on LAN/WAN networks, IP telephony, security and network monitoring, network troubleshooting, load balancing and firewalls.
* Extensive experience with but not limited to the following vendors: Cisco, Juniper, Foundry, Nortel and Avaya.
* Expert level understanding of all layers of the OSI model

* The Engineer will act as a resource within the department and across departments, interfacing with Transport, Access, Collocation, Data, and Switch Planning, the CNDC, CSPEC, EPM, Field Operations, Field Technical Operations, CenturyLink customers, local building owners, municipality interfaces, ILEC representatives to ensure on-time completion of business case development and product deployment.
* A strong self-motivated individual with the ability to negotiate and com municate professionally in a verbal and written manner in a dynamic environment and capable of using mechanized tools for planning , engineering and record keeping which are accessible from a MS Windows platform.
* In general, the NNS Field Engineer assumes the overall quality, integrity, and continuity of their assigned regional offices for Transport, Collocation, and Access systems including all associated equipment and interconnections, FDP, DSX, fuse panels, etc.
Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor s degree or equivalent education and experience and/or industry technical certifications.
* Min 6 - 8 years of related experience.
* Basic knowledge of transport principles and technologies.
* Basic skills of Engineering Methods and Procedures, installation practices, and telecom architectures for the development of the Engineering Design Package (EDP) and deployment of transmission equipment.
* Basic understanding of internal and external Technical Publications, Telcordia Standards, and Qwest-specific supplements for Central Office applications.

The PACU RN provides nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization. The tasks and responsibilities include:
* Assesses, plans and evaluates the nursing care needs of the patient in the immediate post-operative or post-procedural period.
* Provides comfort and support for post-operative patients.
* Evaluates responses to treatments and interventions.
* Carries out physician orders.
* Anticipates case specific needs based on knowledge of procedure and pathophysiology regarding patient and procedure.

* Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment.
* Ability to perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, lifting of patients and/or equipment up to 50 lbs.
