Client Service Rep II
Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for providing professional, timely and quality support of S&P products.
Must also have excellent communication skills and must be able to effectively communicate client concerns and product related issues with all S&P departments
Previous investment, accounting, and customer support experience is desired.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills as well as a working knowledge of PC hardware and software, operating systems, and 3rd party software is desirable.
Experience with Research Insight or Capital IQ products is an added plus.
A college degree is required. A bachelors or masters with an emphasis in Business, Finance, or Accounting is preferred.
CFA candidates highly preferred.
Integrity, honesty, a positive attitude, and a desire to help people are all essential.
