Job Description: Provides supervision and leadership to staff in MSP and Behavioral Health nursing units. Plans, directs, and coordinates operational and personnel activities to ensure provision of high quality patient care. Responsible for promoting ongoing development of staff and maintaining a professional environment.
Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. Licensed in the State of Iowa as a RN. Two years RN experience with focus on medical, surgical, and psychiatric healthcare. Demonstrated leadership abilities. Certified in BLS, ACLS, PALS, telemetry and chemotherapy. Advanced computer and communication skills.
