Clinical Lab Assistant

Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Hurst-Euless-Bedford is seeking a Clinical Lab Assistant for the Laboratory.
o Full Time; 3rd Shift
o Sunday - Thursday; 2230 - 0800
Required Minimum Education:
o High School Diploma or equivalent
o Prefer: completion of one semester course in phlebotomy
Required Minimum Experience:
o 6 months experience as a phlebotomist highly preferred
o Completion of a one semester course in phlebotomy preferred
Required License/Certification:
o Prefer: PBT (ASCP)
Required Skills:
o Strong verbal and written communication skills
o Ability to function in a fast paced environment
o Strong critical thinking, problem solving and organization skills
o Proficient in basic computer skills
